Thanks. For now I just sauteed onions, garlic and mushrooms - mixed it w/ meat. Will put mix of pasta and tomato sauce over it.
Hope it comes out good.

I use the meat mixture recipe from kbd 'meatball minestrone soup' basically it is meat, egg, spinach, bread crumbs, salt, pepper, sometimes I add in mushrooms or other veggies e.g. red pepper.
I layer tomato sauce, noodles, eggpant (dipped in egg and bread crumbs - if I can be bothered), meat and again, and again, then tomato sauce and grated tofu. It is delicious!
