I never even thought about this but from another thread it sounds like most ppl. do. So do you have a will, and how do you write one? Do you need a lawyer?
We wrote a will the first time we traveled overseas after we had kids. My brother is a lawyer and he just got us a basic will layout where we filled in pertinent information.
