I need recommendations for the most breathable lightweight shells, long sleeves. I'm talking about a basic white or black shirts you wear under non-tznius shirts. I am one of those people who is very sensitive to the heat and in the summer I really suffer. It's especially important for me as I also suffer from hyperhidrosis, which is excessive sweating. Any suggestions?
Thanks!

Thank you! That looks great! Have you personally worn this? Does the cotton one wash well? Anyone with personal experience?

The only truly breathable “shell” is a 100% cotton tee which doesn’t exist in Jewish society as far as I’ve seen. Try Hanes or J crew. They’re the only places I’ve found 100% cotton tees although I’m sure you can find more if you google. My daughter hates the Jewish shells and wears hanes t shirts when she can get away with it. Although ideally we avoid shells.

Why are you wearing 2 layers? Heat is trapped between layers especially under tight clothes I e. shell.
Get some cotton tznius shirts and you'll feel cooler.
A sleeveless, cropped shell is not bad if you aren't bothered by the elastic around your ribs.

To keep cool, wear just one layer, and nothing too tight. The closer to the skin, the hotter you'll be.

That neck looks way too open for me. Thanks though!

Eishet chayil on Main Street in kew garden hills have very soft 3/4 ( not long) sleeve shells . I am also sensitive to heat as well as texture. I found out about these and bought a bunch even though I just bought others from another store. Once you buy these, you won’t want to wear anything else.
