So I've never had any experience with bleaching hair...I just bleached my preteen daughters' hair on their upper lip. We figured before going straight to Waxing we would try this. How long does the bleaching last? How often is it safe to do? I am also unsure if this us the method we should stick to. The hairs are blond now and not as obvious. How do I decide if she needs to go so far as to wax it?

usually waxing works better though bleaching can be a helpful first step -- even if blond still shows...or electrolysis if dark and heavy
I don't know much about bleaching so don't know regarding safety

Bleaching is enough if there are only fine few hairs. If she wants to get rid of it for good she should do electrolysis when she is ready.
