Hey ladies, a while back I ate at the ridge and the food was insanely mind-blowing delicious. I've been dying to haul back to Monsey to go back there but I hear the management is different and not quite what it used to be.
My question is does anyone have any recommendations for a restaurant that is similar to The Ridge of old? Anywhere in NYS I'm open to, though it would be easier if it was Brooklyn especially because eating out doesn't seem to be doable nowadays and I'd just settle for taking out/delivery.

Take out/ delivery would never taste the same as an actual in restaurant experience. If you need to do it now, maybe go to Manhattan.
In Brooklyn I enjoy Bordeaux and the Loft most, but there are a couple more.
