I am thinking about going to a parenting course and heard both of them are supposed to be great. I do know that Rebbetzin spetner gives live classes for a few weeks in a row, while dina friedman speaks on cds and you can listen to it at your own pace.
My question is, what are the differences in their beliefs about chinuch and child-rearing? How do I choose one over the other? Can people write their experiences with both of them??
Thanks!!!!

I don't know about Dina Friedman but I LOVE Rebbetzin Spetner. I took in the U.S. from someone authorized to teach her outlook/methods. FWIU, by Rebbetzin Spetner you pay in advance and you are expected to go. (This is how my classes were structured.) It gives you the feel of her outlook, which focuses a lot on consistency. She bases her teachings on Rabbi Wolbe's z"l sefer "Planting and Building."
I am a much better parent for having taken those classes.

A relative took a couple dina Friedman's courses and loved them/ found them very helpful. She was already a great wife and mother but said it made her better
