Stir fry. Make them spicy. Make homemade herring for shabbos.

Dip!
Mix with mayonnaise, some ppl add a tsp of sugar/spenda. Grind jalapenos.

Jalapeño confit! Pour oil over them. Some spices. Shallots, if you feel fancy. Bake on 200, and keep checking that they’re not burnt
