Yes! Make regular latke batter. Oil big metal pan.(I line with foil for easier cleanup!) It won't work well with disposable pans, you need the heat of metal pan.
Spay top with oil spray. Bake at 450
Delicious! And much faster!

Thank you so much! I tried it and its definitely worth not having the house smell of frying even if it's not 💯 the same.

I haven't tried it yet but might. |
Not with this recipe, but that's how I bake latkes. Not going to lie -- they're not nearly as good as fried. But they're still good.
Going to try the air fryer this year.

I actually want to try this and the first link. If I do, I'll try to give a report.

How is it better than frying in a regular pan?

I saw a blog that did latkes in a waffle iron. I thought that was pretty genius, and now I'm tempted to go get one just for that purpose.

Because it’s not deep fried and becomes deliciously crispy! Try potato kugel there. The dream of my cravings

I made them in an air fryer and they turned out really well, actually more crispy than in a pan

Make kugel in an air fryer and hand grate the potatoes. You can do more potatoes than in a betty crocker as well.
