Hawaii is offering free airfare for remote workers. You would have to stay there for at least 30 days and pay for your own housing and expenses. Would you go (your family can go with you)?

yes if I wanted to do the work because we can and have antibodies -- though housing might be expensive and I'd have to look into the details for kosher food and such

There is chabad (apparently more than one) you can reach out to and see what they say--

Na. Wouldn't be right to take the kids out of school, so that I could fulfill my childhood dream. Though it would be kind of interesting, working remotely from 3AM to 7AM...

They are doing this for tourism, of which they have zero now obviously. How is this a good deal? You still have to pay to live there!

What is the point airfare. Air fare is not that expensive especially compared to the costs of accommodations and food.

I am also much more comfortable in my own home than anywhere else. I travel because I want to see things in other places or to visit people. I don’t travel just to essentially stay in another space. If I could transport myself home every night when traveling to sleep in my own bed, have my own bathroom, have my kitchen and coffee mugs and all the other stuff that I would either have to pack or would miss, I would. It’s no mitziah for me to stay someplace else.

Especially in a pandemic. What is the fun if restaurants are dangerous.
