Having family chanukah brunch tomorrow morning.Should I
Option 1:
make the latkes tonight and just reheat tomorrow to save time? Will they taste ok?
Option 2 : grate the potatoes and freeze them and use them tomorrow like frozen hash browns or will that not work?
Option 3: Make them tomorrow, spending most of the time in the kitchen and missing out on the party?
Any ideas?

I already reheated potato latkes and hey we’re actually delicious. Reheat them on 400 degrees so they get crispy and not soggy. Make sure they don’t burn.
