There is no one size fits all adhd diet. It will all depend on your child’s unique physiology and their particular causes. If I’m not mistaken you mentioned on another thread that this child also has elevated strep titers. If so, you will not get very far with diet alone, if you don’t also treat the strep.

I see clearly that food coloring is a big no no
But im wondering about sugar and other foods.
I just dont know where to start.
I havent taken a blood test in a while to know if the strep antibodies went down. We did try vitamins for a bit.
