I want to make a light dessert for dinner tonight.

I have strawberry jello, frozen fruit (berries and pineapple), and half a container whip cream.

I'm sure I can make something with this, but don't know what Confused

. Any ideas?

You've probably served dinner already!

You can make a parfait -

divide the jello in half, cut part of it into cubes, and whip the other half. Layer with fruit and whip, and voila!

(Pineapple may make the jello extra runny if you put it in when you made it.)

Put the fruits in a pot

Add water,oj&aj( or more water) to cover the fruits
Bring to boil
Simmer for ten minutes
Add the jello
Serve with a dollop of whip cream

I did serve dinner.

Thanks for these ideas. I'll keep it handy for next time.

I ended up blending the jello with boiling water - then added whip cream, raspberries, and OJ.

Poured in cups and served chilled.

Was yum.
