Try the sweet potato burritos that Shalshelet posted about halfway down the page. They are awesome!
If you don't want spicy, then leave out the chili/cayenne pepper. I put it in, but in extremely reduced amounts. I double the recipe to make approximately 10 burritos, which gives us enough for dinner and lunch the next day.

I sauté onions add canned kidney beans (drained and rinsed) . Add a drop of salt and pepper to taste and then mix . I sautés until the beans begin bursting. I mix the rice or serve on top of a rice . Sometimes I cook ground beef and add seasoning and spices of choice and mix the rice , beans and meat all together.

Bean tacos with avocado, tomato and shredded cheese.
Chili with ground beef and beans.
