Gigi and Ruchel...how beautiful!!!
If I entertained formally, I would maybe be more concerned with the aesthetics of what I serve. Tonight I made egg rolls which IMHO were yummy, but they were such homely little things, no way I'm posting pics of them here (they're gone anyway!)

gr8 u started this thread, I just wanted to start a thread entitled "edible artwork"....
I just made these incredible cake decorations, 100% edible... Gonna start a thread on them...
Unfortunately the icing in the cake was sliding off (lesson learned, dont ice a warm cake), so I had to glop it on, so it didnt end up looking as good once it was on the cake...

I love artsy cooking.
even for regular meals, I decorate the plates and all.
dh loves it and appreciates it!
Wish I had some pics on the computer to share... will work on it!

well, the first pic of sandwiches were done for a fancy party.
the next 2 pics were family gatherings...
I do small catering for private ppl on the side.
hors deovours, tea sandwiches...
I keep myself busy, bh!!
