Soup and bread and wine and Torah? Probably not what you're asking. 
By the time we're done mishloaching, there's not much will to set up a big seudah. And we usually get enough bread and matbucha and salads in the mm to last us a week.

We'll have fleishigs but I'm thinking maybe switch courses - fleishig appetizer, salmon for the main course. Because of erev Shabbos. I have to think about this. Usually it's something like an appetizer (deli salad, salmon, other; I serve soup at lunch), roast, nice potatoes, nice veg. Dessert is the best of MM.
