I should have specified it should be pareve.
I would like to be able to keep it in the fridge without having to freeze and defrost.
How do they make the ones I see at simchos? They’re still good even on shabbos day.

I was thinking of giving a smoothie for mm in small pitchers/jars. Is there a recipe for a thick fruit drink that would work if I make it two three days before?

Without separating? I’m wondering if the smoothies made from fresh fruit are good because they won’t melt water into the smoothie vs frozen fruit?
Anyone have experience?

I made a smoothie without ice or water and no banana and it kept for three days.

Strawberry, kiwis, pineapple plus you can add any other fruit you like such as mango, passion fruit
etc.
You can also add in a bit of fruit juice such as orange juice or pineapple juice. (I used pure, not from concentrate)
