Daughter 2 and 2 months. She was mature at that age. Ended up doing night training same time. Boys from 2.4 -2. 7 months. They were totally ready. Asked to be changed after making, hid for #2 and then asked to be changed....
But I totally understand that some kids just aren't ready.

This is encouraging! My toddler is 2 and 7 months and we're planning to do it soon, but I read something that said it's better to do before 2.5 and I freaked out a little, like I messed up by waiting.
