Desperate for someone to help me out with a laser hair removal salon that can help me get rid of light blond hair. I know some machines are possible of this but I’m not sure where in Lakewood / Toms River / Howell etc I can find someone really really competent.

Laser does not work on light blonde hair, you can try electrolysis but I've never heard of laser working on such light hair. There are some machines that can remove light brown or reddish hair but as far as I know none can remove light blonde hair.
