After pesach last year they sent my elderly dad a preserved roll, box drink, applesauce cup and can of sardines or tuna all shelf stable. x3 to cover 3 meals a day. It was pretty useless. They might have a frozen caterers by now, who knows.

We received (via calling 311) a variety of frozen dishes meat or meat equipment:
Chicken patties, rice and veggies, fish, fish patties, meat balls, bean stew, tuna pasta and veggies, meat loaf, salmon, Etc. not a full list but what I remember off the top of my head. Oh and a bunch of oranges.
Personally I added olive oil or mayo with seasoning for more flavor.
