I live in NJ and am planning a family trip for chol hamoed.
Don't need kosher food as will bring, men are willing to drive for minyan.
Prefer warm weather (pls don't suggest FL!) and looking to fly... anywhere!
Do you have suggestions of where to go/ what to do in any place across the USA?
Children range from toddler to h.s.
Thanks in advance!

Puerto Rico or New Mexico. Contact Chabad.
Both places have a lot to do but check to see what's open.

For warm weather outside of FL I'd suggest Palm Springs or Phoenix. You could also check weather forecasts for Dallas, Houston, New Orleans, LA, and Atlanta.

I'd be surprised if there's a daily minyan in New Mexico, if that's important to OP. And Puerto Rico requires a negative COVID test within 72 hours of your flight. Since Pesach is a 3-day Yom Tov, that won't be doable.

Which of these destinations are worth it for a one or two night trip?

Thanks for all your suggestions! Looking into Atlanta for now.
As Babypink mentioned, it's not worth a longer trip for 3 days.
Still open to other ideas!

2 nights is definitely enough for Atlanta. The aquarium there is wonderful. The problem is that my kids' favorite activity was the Coca Cola factory tour with unlimited free samples at the end, which is a no-go for Pesach.
Another great option is San Antonio - Sea World, the Alamo, and Riverwalk would be perfect for 2 nights, and the weather should be nice. Two nights is also perfect for New Orleans or Dallas. And if you don't need warm weather, St. Louis is also great - check out the City Museum and Gateway Arch.

Yosemite can be very cold this time of year (it’s snowing and 34 degrees today). It’s also several hours drive from all major airports, so it’s a bit of a schlep for a short trip from NJ. I doubt there’s a minyan either.
I’d recommend Arizona or Texas. They have way less Covid restrictions than California too.
