We're going away for the entire Pesach. I chose 1,000, that includes much of my new clothing, some wine for the seder, and some Pesach snacks and a small grocery shopping we'll need to do for Chol Hamoed. It's basically my clothing:)

About $1000, 2 adults and 2 little kids. Some of it is wine that we’ll have leftover for a few months after. It probably could have been more like 700-800ish but for convenience we didn’t get the cheapest matzah, spent on expensive snacks for the kids, nice paper goods, etc.

I love being the one to show different perspectives in these threads.
My butcher order was $1,100.
My matzah order of 35 lbs approximately was almost $1,000.
Family of 8.

That's almost 5lbs of matzos per person?

I appreciate the math.
My dh has no issue with having extra matzah after pesach. He will eat it all year if he has it.

I can't vote. You don't have over $2500.
