One of the magazines featured a kosher for pesach brookie recipe. I don’t remember which one it was, but does anyone have it and care to post? Thanks.

Brookies by Faigy Murray
Brownie Layer:
4 eggs
1 c sugar
1/2 c cocoa
1/2 c oil
1/2 c potato starch
1/2 c ground almonds
1 tsp imitation vanilla extract
Cookie Layer:
1/2 c sugar
1 egg
1/2 c oil
1.5 c ground almonds
1 c potato starch
3/4 c chocolate chips
1. Preheat oven to 350. Line 8x8" square baking pan w/ parchment.
2. In bowl, combine all brownie layer ingredients. Pour into prepared pan.
3. In a 2nd bowl, combine cookie layer ingredients; place on brownie layer. (It's easiest if you flatten pieces of dough with your hand and place them on the bottom layer.)
4. Bake for 35 min or till toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool; cut into squares.
Good luck! I saved this b/c I want to make it!
