normally I take calcium pills because I am completely dairy free, but I don't think I can take them on Pesach. We also don't use most processed foods on Pesach. Any ideas how to get enough calcium over yomtov?

There is a KLP brand of vitamins.

Dark leafy greens are highest in calcium like kale, spinach leaves, turnip green leaves. Broccoli, Brussels sprouts, figs and oranges have a decent amount after the greens. Also almonds and rhubarb.
Bones are full of calcium. Like sardines or canned salmon where you eat the soft bones with the fish. Would you suck the cooked chicken bones (it can be quite tasty), eat marrow bones?

I can't remember the name from last year's advertising. Maybe it was MaxiHealth that has the KLP line. Call the Health Shoppe in Brooklyn. They'll know. See if they'll ship. 718-532-4123
