what - drinking milk definitely increases your milk supply, esp. tea with milk. I was drinking milk like a cow to increase my suopply Smile. (It didnt increase, butn ot becauseof the mlk Very Happy)

mama bear, drinking milk has nothing to do with your milk supply, eating full healthy meals does. The body creates your milk out of the food that you eat, not out of milk that you drink, everything gets broken down. On the days that I ate a full breakfast I had much more milk. (Of course milk is important because of the calcium but so are many other foods.)

I think it's an old concept because my grandmother was always pushing everyone to drink milk while nursing saying "how are you going to have milk if you don't drink milk?"
