Right when they come home they can have bagels, cereal, yogurt or something. Then I usually have spiced potatoes (for the kids) and grilled vegetables (for me) ready mid-afternoon for snacking. Or any fruit.

Potato kugel, shnitzel and chulent
Edit: sometimes I’ll make a hasselback salami, that’s great and easy.
Sometimes they’ll take some apple crisp that I made for shabbos.

When they come home, they eat baked potatoes and cheese. Whoever wants can help themselves to lettuce and dressing from the fridge.
Under age 8ish, I give them chicken that I make for Friday night with potatoes from the cholent.

Regular snacks or cold things like cheese, rice cakes, yogurt right after school. More around dinner time like 5 pm I have French fries (from frozen) and hot dogs/chicken nuggets for the younger ones.

Lots of omelets or scrambled eggs
Rice cake, cheese, cream cheese,
If I have any leftovers from the week I heat that up as well.
Sometimes I’ll make an extra baked Zitti on Thursday.

Same. Pizza for lunch and around 5 they have soup and kugels with chicken..
I also occasionally put up bbq chicken and potatoes in the crockpot.
Especially now in the long friday afternoons, after playing outside amd theyre all famished.

Pizza for lunch or sandwiches but mostly pizza. Around 5 or 6 there’s soup, kugel and whatever chicken I made for Shabbos.
