Don’t put a shared bathroom between to bedrooms intended for adult children! That can get really awkward and uncomfortable between in-law children of opposite genders, etc. (Assuming you mean with doors that open from both bedrooms.)

Done. Im really doing it so my future ddil are more interested in visiting me.
That's why these views about older kids on the floor are helpful. Once my kids were a smidgen bigger they slept in single aunt/uncles rooms or all cousins together. So bigger rooms not such a biggie. DDs like the walk in closets. My sisters and my husband's sister's are like this.
However I have SILs that keep all their kids with them......I know you can't win them all...Just trying to see how people feel.
