Hi, I was hoping that someone might have some suggestions for a Health Retreat type place. I have considered Hippocrates in Florida or the Pritkin Longevity Center is Miami. (The Pritkin seems a bit boring.) I am looking for somewhere that has lectures, fitness classes and treatments and very clean eating. Preferably vegan like Hippocrates. I don't really care where it is located as I don't plan on leaving the grounds and if I have to fly anyways it doesn't matter that much where. I have heard that there are places in the Catskills but can't find enough information on them. If anyone knows of or has been anywhere like this I would really appreciate some info.
I haven't been away for a really long time (pre-covid), I am really burnt out from work and Covid and I need to get my eating and physical fitness back on track, this is important for health reasons.
