DD 2 y.o. is toilet trained for a few months already and lately started having accidents 1-2 times a day.
This happens at home and by her morah, for #1 and 2.
The big problem is that she doesn't tell me when she has to go, so she'll wet her pants before I notice. I'm at my wits end! I don't know what to do. I don't want to put her back into diapers now, but I can't have her wetting her pants every single day.
Please help me

She's 2. Maybe she wasn't ready to begin with. That's really ok. I had that once and put the child back in pull ups. Within a week or two they went back into underwear on their own.

Take her to a good pediatrician to rule out anything physical.

Any new stressors in her life? New Morah? New baby? Etc. That can impact things a lot

Buy a potty watch on Amazon. Both my kids loved it. You can set the alarm for 30, 60 or 90 minutes and it will play a cute song when it’s time to try to go to the potty.
