We are invited to a post wedding champagne brunch on a Sunday next month in NJ. It is for a couple getting married in Israel and returning a few weeks later. It's for 3 hours. Did they include the specific hours to let the guests know that people are invited to stay longer (like a sit down) because it's not an in and out occasion? What do I wear? Sheva bracha or Shabbas outfit?

If they worded it 9-12 then it def sounds like it’s NOT sit down, likely just an open house where people will be coming and going
