I live in marine park area in Brooklyn. Need help with dressing my second grade son, summer wardrobe for day camp. What footwear? What kind of pants/ t shirts?

Stick with classics- solid tees, v necks, crew necks or polos or subtle textures/patterns, knit comfy shorts or Adidas shorts are popular. Any sneaker is acceptable as long as it's not too colorful, or a sandal like the saltwater ones.

Most boys in this neighborhood are wearing tiros alot of abocrombie tshirts other sports ste tshirts or plain solid crew or v necks
Sneakers are also sports brands
And natives

I got my little guys denim shorts from h and m and lots of h and m t shirts. Also some sporty wikaway material nike/adidas shorts/tops. Natives, sneakers, sandals

This. At second grade they aren’t wearing the jean shorts/structured shorts anymore. More like the adidas/Nike, basketball shorts. With Nike/underarmour/adidas tshirts or Abercrombie/solid, or sports teams. Sneakers are Nike, underarmour, adidas, some cool new balance ones
