I really like it, but the heart on the front and back isn't acceptable in my circles....

Is there anything that can be done to remove it?

It looks like to top is sheer, can you have a matching color lining put in?

In terms of the actual lace pattern, I don't think there is much you can do unless you completely redo the top

I for sure would put in a lining or shell.

But the heart is part of the lace on top; I guess there isn't really anything to do about it. Sad

I also barely saw the heart, but in real life it will be quite visible.

Sorry. Beautiful dress but I don’t think there is anything to do unless you are replacing the entire top.
