Just wondering if there are anywhere grants to apply for, for help with seminary tuition, for a girl living in Switzerland who wants to go to a seminary in Israel.

I dont know, I heard they are giving less. I think they give more for europe either way. (we got almost half our fees paid). It can't hurt to try though. You can also call them.
