I don't even know where my iron is! I maybe used it just a couple of times in more than a decade.
Everyone looks clean and neat. You'd never know I don't iron anything.
DH sends his suits to the cleaners but everything else the entire family wears is washed at home (including Shabbos shirts.)
I have no cleaning help.
Come join me in this liberated lifestyle! Happy to share all my laundry hacks.

Not sure what you consider OOT but I live within the Tri-State area. The neighborhood I live in now is more "chilled" (I joke that I live OOT) but I have done the same living in other, more "in-town" neighborhoods, too.

Perler beads! I'm rolling.
When I tell most people about my laundry habits their eyebrows generally tend to disappear into their hairlines. But it works for us. Some people even iron their bed linens (like my mom ) and I just don't get it.

I"m also part of the "iron is only for perler beads" club. My husband's shirts are iron-free. No, we don't look amazing, but, nu. I'm not ironing, and I'm not paying anyone else to either.

Twice a year I iron my husbands white kittel some of my dresses. AND that is basically it. Actually untrue just bought a cute shabbos shirt for kids that needs to be ironed......
My husband`s shirt look great!
I use plenty starch liquid, no softener, and hang to dry asap. I spray the collars again with starch.
When he realizes its not ironed.....well lets just say im kind of curius, but dreading too

We have an iron, DH uses it occasionally for shirts. I do maybe once a year.

No iron for me either!
My husband has no iron shirts and while they are not necessarily perfectly crisp they are not wrinkled either. Honestly, he is wearing the shirt all day which would anyway take away the crisp look.

I can't remember the last time I ironed. Come to think of it, I don't even know if we saved our iron when we moved.

I literally despise ironing. DH & my stuff go to the cleaners. I only iron perler beads and some kids summer clothing that needs to be ironed.

My iron was for perler beads only as well. I have evolved and now I use it to iron name tags onto camp clothes as well.
