I'm missing something towards the end, but this is what I remember:
Night was falling in the Russian town
darkened silence settled all around
I see moonlight lit the forest ground
casting shadows in the snow.
Among the cold drifts, far from everyone
secretly a bris milah was done
notice of the father and the son
would mean sure death in the snow.
In the daytime and the dark of night
in the open and away from sight
we will always keep the torah and do mitzvos without fear.
chorus:
In the mountains and the Russian plains
in the streets and on the subway trains
we are grateful for the torah
uvsheim Hashem azkir.
As they left their strength began to wain
and each step was filled with bitter pain
but Hashem saw faces filled with love
vayelchu shneihem yachdav.
They were then caught with the milah knife
and a soldier took the father's life
the child cried when he saw kiddush Hashem
and malachim wept with them
Have no fear my son of knives and guns
Hashem li ma yaaseh li adam
we must always keep the torah
and do mitzvos without fear.
chorus
Many years passed since that fateful day
grass and weeds grew on the martyrs grave
and the son for whom his life he gave
followed in his father's way.
On one dark night in the winter cold
when his only son was 8 days old
he did as he has been shown and told
a bris milah on that day.
In mitzrayim and in Germany
in dark ages and __(not sure)
we have always kept the torah and do mitzvos without fear.

Here's what I got listening to it again :
Night was falling
In the Russian town
Darkened silence
Settled all around
Icy moonlight
Lit the forest ground
Casting shadows on the snow
Among the cold drifts
Far from anyone
Secretly a
Bris milah was done
Notice of the
Father and son
Would mean sure death in the snow
Chorus :
In the daytime, in the still of night
In the open or away from sight
We will always keep the torah
And do mitzvos without fear
In the mountains
On the Russian plains
In the streets
And in the subway trains
We are faithful to the Torah
U'vshem Hashem nazkir
As they left their
Strength began to wane
And each step was
filled with bitter pain
But Hashem saw
Faces filled with love
Vayelchu shneihem yachdav
They were then caught
With the miliah knife
And a soldier
Took the father's life
The son cried as
He saw kiddush Hashem
And malachim wept with them
Have no fear
My son of knives and guns
Hashem li, mah ya'aseh li adam
We must always
Keep the torah
And do mitzvos
Without fear
In the mountains
On the Russian plains
In the streets
And in the subway trains
We are faithful to the Torah
U'vshem Hashem nazkir
Many years passed
Since that dreadful day
Grass and weeds grew
On the martyr's grave
And the son for
Whom his life he gave
Followed in his father's way
Till one dark night
In the winter cold
When his only son
Was 8 days old
He did as he
Had been shown and taught
A bris milah
On that day
In mitzrayim and in Germany
Through dark ages
And more cheerfully (? Very hard to hear the word)
We have always
kept the Torah
Doing mitzvos
Without fear
In the mountains
On the Russian plains
In the streets
And in the subway trains
We are faithful to the Torah
U'vshem Hashem nazkir

The amount of times I listened to that song when I was younger I better be the winner!
