Suggestions? Want outdoors to relax. Kids ranging from 3 - 18.

Thinking about national parks out west (Zion) or perhaps down south (smoky mountains), but really open to anything.

Prefer location that can drive to for ease of travel and cost (no plane tickets/rental car, easier packing)

Minyan and kosher food nice, but not needed.
