I'm separated and kids are with my ex this weekend. I had an incredibly past few weeks of stress and want to go away to decent hotel in New Jersey. Will bring food. Ideas?

Embassy suites, parsippany. Beautiful hotel, Will have many Jews (I’m not sure you want that) but everyone eats on their own and sticks to their family.

I'd go to Ventor / Margate if you want Jews, but not Brooklyn.
Stone Harbor / Avalon / Sea Isle if you want to be away from huge numbers of Jews. Ocean City (NJ) if you don't want to see a Jew (admittedly, it may have changed since it had that reputation).

I don't live in Brooklyn, and I feel like I'm in Brooklyn when I'm in Long Branch.

Maybe further out like the Hamptons? Long Island area I'm not familiar with the hotels but its a beautiful relaxing area...
