How much can I charge for an office that will be made available for multiple therapists on different days. It's in a very private place. So let's say on Sunday therapist A uses it. Monday therapist B uses it, Tuesday therapist C uses it etc.
How much can I charge for each therapist?

Will you clean after each person?
Usually one therapist rents it and then subleases the space to colleagues.
How much I would pay depends on where the office is.
Are you in Boro Park? Williamsburg? Monsey? NYC? Passaic?
Rent prices vary depending on area.

What is the going rate for an office there?
If the going rate is $1000 a month I would pay 250-350 to rent it once a week.
