I am not sure if this is the correct forum. I wash my baby bottles once a day. For shabbos I make bottles before and rinse them out after just so they don't get gross. But I cant remember how to clean them on Yom tov. We have rosh Hashanah coming and I can't remember what I did in the past. I do own 6 bottles.

why can't you wash them out on shobbes? as long as you're using a sponge which is okay to use on shobbes I don't see what's the problem

You Tov you can use warm water so you can wash as usual (I assume you're using a bottle brush).
On shabbos, you can mix boiling water from the shabbos urn with some cold water so that you have warm water to wash the bottles with.

Not sure I understand the issue. We let ours soak in a large Pyrex box with boiling water and use a bottle brush to clean out

It is a sponge that is not allowed since it absorbs water and there's a melacha of dosh when the water gets squeezed out.

Keep in mind that you can't wash on shabbos or yomtov in preparation for the weekday, or in the case of a two day Yom tov for the next yuntif day.
Shabbos/yomtov night you can wash your bottles because you'll be using bottles the next day. (The fact that you have enough to use and you don't have to was them is halachically irrelevant.) But shabbos/yomtov afternoon, with his last bottle, you can't rinse it out in preparation for the upcoming night or day.

Trick is to find a bottle brush with only bristles or rip the sponge piece off an old one.

You can wash it if it’s bothering you right now that there’s a dirty bottle.

Cups and glasses are always allowed to be washed because people randomly always need to drink. I imagine that baby too suddenly needs a bottle to drink.
