If I buy shoes from everlane or Sam Edelman they are usually comfortable. Zara shoes have not been for me. Wondering where shein falls. Probably closer to Zara

Yes closer to zara or less. You are paying less so expect much less quality. ( I get them for the looks not quality)

I do that for regular clothing. But my shoes need to have traction so I won’t slip, as well as be comfortable enough that I won’t be in pain or discomfort when I wear them.

Right so if you want a more comfortable quality shoe I wouldn't suggest it for you then. Shein is a chinease cheaper lower quality website in general...

Yes! My shein shoes are the most comfortable shoes I've ever gotten. Don't expect it to last more than a few months though - the quality isn't the greatest. But for the price you are paying you can buy another pair if you like it so you have backup.
