I think the size smaller would prob be small. What should I do?
Shoes are such a stressful part of raising kids 🙈

Insole? Make sure there is good support once the insole is in, otherwise look for another shoe.

You usually need to size down with the insole.

Just put in an insole if they're a tiny bit bit.
Or there are these kind of large padded shoe-shaped things that look a bit like a big bandaid that you can stick in the back of the shoe.

Don't get too stressed. Perfectly fitting shoes are not as important as people make out.
The only stressful thing about shoes in my eyes is the expense, so if you got slightly bigger ones, be"H they'll last a little longer Smile

Love your attitude. Any insoles you can recommend? The ones linked about (thank you so much ra mom!) are expensive

Are they lace up? If yes it's probably fine.

How old is the kid? Can you just stick a little sticky pad inside? The kind they give for free in the shoe stores?

Ordered online because I can’t take them to a shoe store, I’d be wiped from that

I live in Israel, go to the local 'sandlar' (shoemaker) or any shoe shop and ask for insoles for the relevant shoe size. Here they cost about 15 shekels.

If they're a tiny bit big for the shoe you can trim them to size with regular scissors.

I'm not talking about anything orthopedic or fancy. They are about 3 mm thick so they just make the shoe a little smaller.
