Going to Miami and found a beautiful well priced villa.
Its on Biscayne Blvd by NE 5th ct. Next to Cushman School.
Is it a safe area to stay by? Should I be afraid to stay there by myself at night when DH goes to daven.
Any Miami residents that would know?

It's a low income neighborhood. I personally don't feel comfortable walking around there alone but I haven't actually stayed there so I'm not sure about that. I would probably find something else.
