Hi. Anyone know any gated communities in Miami Beach area for vacation rentals similar to champions gate,reunion, and encore in Orlando? Thanks

Boca is fine. I’m just looking for nice gated community to rent a home like in Orlando and don’t want just a random home in middle of no where

In places like Boca I have heard that the HOAs don't really allow short term rentals. The people who live there don't want airBnbs in their gated communities. It's possible a few exist but I can't imagine there are too many.
Orlando is specifically a tourist destination so it's different. Boca is primarily a residential area.

I kind of doubt you will be able to find a short term rental in a gated community in the Miami area tbh. But there are plenty of nice rentals in decent areas. Why not find something and do research for that specific neighborhood?

I have a waterfront property with private pool in Jacksonville FL that is on airbnb. It's a 10 to 15 minute walk to the chabad shul and a 15 to 20 minute walk to the other shul.

We stayed in a house in Coral Springs
not cheap like Orlando…
It’s about 20 drive minutes to Boca and approx 1/2 hour to Hollywood
The house we stayed at was about 20 min walk to Chabad Shul
In Boca you need to ask locals if they would know private kosher ones as no officials Airbnb allowed.
