What can't you make? KFP hotdogs (no rolls, of course), hamburgers (ditto), chicken legs, wings, roasted potatoes, eggplant, salmon, even steak ... What night shall I be there? Wink

Vegetable skewers with onion, sweet potatoes and tomatoes.
Don't forget the marshmellows!
Pieces of watermelon for dessert.

We're also making a BBQ on chol hamoed.

We did veggie skewers last year sooo yummy! Peppers, mushrooms, onions, tomato, potato, sweet potato, zucchini, we had a few with chicken and beef on them too. Definitely hoping to do that again.

Everything! I rarely use my oven for chicken or turkey anymore, it's all done outside on the grill. And you have the obvious hotdogs and hamburgers. for the poultry:
You can make a lemon/olive oil/spices marinade
You can make a sweet and sour one with jam/lemon juice or vinegar and whatever
Ketchup dressed up
Veggie skewers

Do you actually have a completely separate Pesach grill, or do you somehow kasher the one you have? Grilling sounds wonderful, but I think its going to have to wait until post-Pesach for us.

We only did this the first time we used the grill, which was for Pesach. Since then, no BBQ but it's easy to buy a Mangal/Hibatchi for Pesach!
