I don't know if halachically it matters. But I was trying to figure out what "shank bone" was...and when I checked wikipedia, it redirected me to a page on the upper arm...so I guess that's the wing of a chicken?? But I see there's a variety of parts we use. I think the point is a piece of chicken with meat attached that is roasted!
