why must some peoples feel like you gotta make a mess while eating matzoh ... especially by the seder trying to eat a kezayis while "reclining" - I cannot stand it ... there's gotta be a better way ... Rolling Eyes

Eat over a napkin, and throw away the crumbs. That is what dh does and it makes life so easy to clean the table.

by eating over a plate, a table, a napkin, a bag, oh and the best one is in your mouth

we pass our matzah out on plastic plates. this takes care of the matzah mess & it keeps the possibility of matzah crumbs in our spilled orange juice down to nil.

see the issue seems to be with the guys ... I never see a girl making that sort of mess ... oh not to mention the wine/grape juice mess ...

my cousins who are very makpid about the crumbs not falling anywhere eat with bibs. the are leaning at the seder like kings with gigantic bibs to catch the matzo crumbs
