I know they aren't the cheapest, you might be able to find them cheaper elsewhere, but striderite shoes tend to last the whole season.

My kids at that age wear natives on shabbos.
For pesach they wont be wearing their summer stuff yet

I guess I'll see. Unless its 80 degrees they dont need short sleeves. They'll wear the winter dress but without tights.

First of all, it is not consistently warm yet. The westher is up and down. I think it's supposed to be in the 30's again this week. I remember the year I got married (8 years ago) was also a leap year. Pesach was in mid April also and it was freezing and snowed
Either way, april is never short sleeve weather.
At the most it will be warm enough that your kids won't need winter coats.
