When you read the Reddit forum on this, people have like midrashim on everything. I myself started rewatching from the beginning and I noticed Ricken greets Marc for the first time with "Hello, captive." Could he somehow be a bad guy?

Thank you for recommending this series.
We just finished watching the first season and can't wait for the second.
Anyone who liked Black Mirror will love this show.
It's thought provoking, weird, funny and visually interesting.
And the acting is stellar.
