Is there such a thing as a really easy cake/cookie recipe (besides duncan hines)? like 3 ingrediants and no measuring? Thanks!

Peanut butter cookies
1 C. peanut butter
1 C. sugar
1 egg
mix all 3 and then chill for 15 minutes. roll into balls. place on cookie sheet and flatten with a fork.
bake at 350 for about 10-15 minutes, when starting to brown. They will be still soft a little but harden as they cool.
makes about 18 depending on how big you make them.
