I’d like to extend my table from the center permanently. The table comes with 2 leave extenders that are attached to the side but they don’t work well.
1. The extenders are not supported properly and slope down.
2. The legs of the table don’t get extended and are in an awkward position (chairs cannot be properly placed in the extended part).
Anyone ever had a furniture repair guy extend their table for them by cutting down the center and adding in the the leaves inside? I would keep the leaves in permanently.

I would call the furniture store. I've redone furniture through the place I bought from (TGI) years later when I needed to resize my headboards. I hired through their guys.
