What word are we going to use in place of "entitled" now that "entitled" is used to mean "feeling entitled"?

I don't get it. That's what entitled means. It's not a new use of the word.

Do you mean when referring to a book as in the book by C Smith is entitled The Runaway Dragon?

Do you mean, how will people say that they are owed/have a right to/ought to have something?
(Like, "according to the rules of this establishment, I am entitled to one free refill if I paid for a drink")

I think they will just use the word entitled when it fits. Just become one use is more common doesn't mean the other use is no longer fitting.
OP, I really don't get the question, but you are entitled to ask anyway. And that doesn't make you entitled.

It's a problem because it's becoming a contronym.

To be honest, though, I think both usages are still widespread.
